Color Picker lets you sample any pixel from an uploaded image with an eyedropper and read its colour as HEX, RGB, and HSL, with a history of recent picks for building a palette.
Having all three formats matters because each suits a different task: HEX is the compact web standard, RGB exposes the raw channels (and pairs with an alpha for rgba), and HSL, hue, saturation, lightness, is the intuitive choice when you want to adjust a colour rather than just record it. They're equivalent representations, so you copy whichever fits your workflow.
Everything happens in your browser, so your image is never uploaded, safe for unreleased designs and private screenshots. The colour history lets you sample several points and assemble a cohesive palette as you go.
For accuracy, sample from the original high-quality source: compression, embedded colour profiles, and display calibration can all shift how a colour reads, so a screenshotted or heavily-compressed copy may not give the true brand value.
