Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the rights below over the personal data we hold about you. Each card says what to press or who to write to. What we collect and why is in the privacy notice (हिन्दी में).
Right to access, Section 11
With an account, Download my data gives you a file with everything linked to it, the processing we do and every company it was shared with, straight away. Without an account we hold very little that is linked to you; write to us and say what you used and roughly when.
Right to correction, Section 12
Your name, picture and bio can be edited on your profile. Your saved files, resumes and documents are yours to edit or delete in the tool that made them. For anything else, write to us with what is wrong and what it should say.
Right to erasure, Section 12
Single files can be deleted at once from your storage page. To erase the whole account, file a request: it is carried out within 30 days and you can cancel it until then. Logs of processing (sign-ins, security events) are kept for one year after they are made even after an account is deleted, because the DPDP Rules 2025 require it; everything else goes with the account.
Section 6(4)
Analytics: press Privacy choices at the bottom of any page, then Decline. App statistics and notifications: turn off their switch in the app's settings. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing, and it does not affect anything done before.
Right to nominate, Section 14
You can name a person who may use these rights for you if you die or become unable to. Write to us from the email address on your account with their name and email address, and say whether they should be able to ask for your data, have it corrected, or have your account deleted.
Right of grievance redressal, Section 13
If something about how we handle your data is wrong, tell us. We acknowledge within 3 business days and answer within 30 days, and never later than the 90 days the DPDP Rules allow. Signed in, you can also open a support ticket and choose Privacy or data request.
Section 13(3) and Section 27
If you are not satisfied with our answer to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The law asks you to raise it with us first.
