Reverse Text

Reverse Text turns text around in several different ways, and the differences matter. Reverse by characters spells everything backwards, reverse by words keeps each word intact but reverses their order, reverse by lines flips the order of a list, and reverse within each line spells every line backwards while keeping the lines in place.

Two visual effects sit alongside them. Flip uses Unicode look-alike characters to make text appear rotated 180 degrees, upside down, while mirror reverses it left to right. Both are real characters rather than images, so they paste into bios, usernames and comments, though how they display can vary slightly from one app to another.

Character reversal is Unicode-aware, so emoji and accented letters survive instead of breaking into stray symbols, which is the usual failure of simple reversers. That also makes it reliable for checking a palindrome: reverse by characters and compare with the original, ignoring spaces and capital letters.

Practical uses include reversing a list or a CSV column that came out in the wrong order, building word puzzles and riddles, and styling a social profile. Output updates live and can be copied or downloaded in one click.
